Mr. Udit Bagga with his dedication, hard work, focus, and Vision has risen to become a very Young CEO of Delhi's Business Conglomerate “The Bagga Link Group”. He has been instrumental in expanding the group manifolds to cross the 500 crore mark & believes to double it in the coming 5 years. He has received many awards year after year for his excellence and superior performance in all fields. The entrepreneur excels in every field he is into, from being into the petroleum industry to actively looking after the automobiles industry which comes from his family background, Mr. Bagga had even diversified into Award-winning restaurants like - Cafe Out of the Box, Station Bar, and NH44.

Being active in many industries, the automobiles industry still speaks the loudest of all for the entrepreneur as it connects him to his family roots & family business. From being dealers of Maruti, Bajaj Mr.Bagga this time wanted to expand his horizons & grow a notch higher, keeping this in mind, he has taken up the franchise of second-largest manufacturer of cars in India Hyundai & are all set to soon open showroom & provide better services to their customers

“Automobiles is a high volume business which requires years of brand image, knowledge & backup to grow & expand so that’s what fascinates me. My never-ending love for cars, every day keeping myself updated about new cars,technology is what makes me driven towards this field. You might call me a car fanatic too. We will be moving forward with Hyundai where we aim to build multiple showrooms, workshops, outlets for our customers who believe in us & rely on us & ”says Udit Bagga.

The entrepreneur completed his graduation in Commerce from Delhi University and later an MBA in International Business from The Nottingham Trent University. He has completed courses in diverse fields like NIS Sparta, Montfort, and other professional courses under Shiv Khera learning. Following the footsteps of Warren Buffett, Mr. Bagga has been an active share investor since the age of 13 and also did a course with PN Vijay, the investment guru. He is highly trained in Krav Maga from Israel and has done several professional courses in Spinning, Viper, and CrossFit.

It took Mr. Bagga 20 years by work assiduously and diligently to reach the position of The “CEO”. He has never shrieked away from any kind of work- be it working under the bonnet of the car or interacting with the clients. He has been awarded as ‘Best Budding Dealer’ by Bharat Petroleum.

Being an entrepreneur and restaurateur takes up most of Mr. Bagga’s time. However, a workaholic who is ready to work 24X7, he is also an out-and-outdoor person who always looks forward to doing a variety of adventurous activities like Open Water Scuba Diving, Skiing, Rafting, Trekking, Shooting, and more. Being a nature lover, Mr. Bagga has done various courses by WWF such as Barefoot Botanist and Barefoot Birder. An adrenaline junkie, he has played many sports like Basketball, Badminton, Swimming, Krav Maga and finally discovered the highest form of mental and physical sport- Golf. An avid book reader, Mr. Bagga’s favorite authors are Shiv Khera, Robin Sharma, and Robert Kiyosaki.

He wanted to be an Architect as a teenager; he didn’t let go of his passion and Floated Bagga Link Developers, making dreams a reality by creating designer villas and flats. A fitness fanatic, he opened a fitness studio by the name ‘Aptitude – Resolution for Fitness Studio’ in the year 2012. With his knack at spotting opportunities, he is a financial wizard with his investments delivering returns, which are unimaginable and beaten the best fund managers in the industry.

In addition to being a full-time Restaurateur, Mr. Bagga is a Philanthropist too as he has been actively involved in the social welfare of society. He is associated with NGOs like CRY (Child Rights and You), SOS, and World Vision India to work for the welfare of society. He has been sponsoring a boy named Amit’s education for the past 10 years from SOS. He is also sponsoring a girl child named Sneha from World Vision India. Mr. Bagga also makes regular donations to Akshaya Patra Foundation and Oxfam India. He is also an animal lover who has a pet dog and has adopted many stray dogs around his office. He has been contributing to WWF of nature & Friendicoes, an animal shelter and in-house clinic for strays.

In 3 years, he has managed to open 4 restaurants and aspires to open 25 restaurants in the next 3 years and ultimately 50 restaurants in 5 years, both- self-owned and franchise-based. After opening Cafe OTB in Dehradun, he wishes to expand more in tier 2 and tier 3 cities.
